Hello, my name is Michelle Walker and I’m so glad to meet you.

I live in Wapakoneta, Ohio, and I’m a professional artist and art teacher. My first career was mechanical engineering, but charcoal, paint, watercolor, and the stories people carry pulled me into a different kind of work.

Now I create artwork rooted in memory, meaningful places, and everyday beauty.

My second love is teaching adults how to draw with more confidence, I especially love working with the ones who say, “I’ve always wanted to, but I don’t think I can.”

I believe drawing isn’t just about talent. It’s about the desire to learn, learning how to see, trusting your hand, and letting the line lead you.
